Scope
Rural landholders in Brazil; central to assessing 'produced in accordance with relevant legislation' for Brazilian-origin commodities under demand-side regimes such as the EUDR.

Key obligations
- Legal Reserve: minimum share of each rural property maintained under native vegetation (80% in Amazônia Legal forest areas; lower shares in other biomes).
