Scope
Regulated persons (businesses above a turnover threshold to be set in regulations) using forest risk commodities, or products derived from them, in UK commercial activity.

Notes
Schedule 17 is framework legislation: the commodities in scope, turnover thresholds, exemptions and enforcement depend on secondary legislation. The status of the implementing regulations must be verified before any client advice — this record is flagged for review.
